Charities
Each term the choir votes on a charity to support. A proportion of the profits we make from the shows, plus audience donations, go to our chosen charity. Below you can find out more about the charities we have supported so far.

Street Kids International works to give street kids around the world a real and active chance at forging a better life for themselves. We do this by developing and disseminating innovative training and tools that equip young people living and working on the streets around the world with the knowledge, skills and opportunities to start and expand small businesses, to start saving money and to work towards a better future for themselves and their families.
We work with local partner organisations and invest in local youth workers, training them to train street youth in their own communities. This approach ensures that training is always locally relevant and that its delivery is sustained long after a particular project is complete.

The Myfanwy Townsend Melanoma Research Trust aims to educate, prevent and help find a cure for melanoma - one of the most deadly forms of skin cancer.
The incidence of melanoma is growing, particularly here in the UK, but if diagnosed early enough there is a very high cure rate. By raising awareness about the darker side of the sun, this charity hopes to make diagnosis more easily available and eventually find a cure for this terrible disease.
