19:57 from Euston flashmob
When Adam King asked for some assistance with his proposal to long-term girlfriend Lucy Rogers, we were more than happy to help out. The plan was to board a London Overground train to Woking at a specific time and disperse throughout the carriages until one by one each choir member joined in on a rendition of Bill Withers' Lovely Day. There wasn't any set movement plan through the carriages so what is in the video is quite organic. When Adam proposed many of the choir members were welling up themselves.
A video was cut together from mobile phone footage taken by other passengers on the train. In a little over a week the video reached 2,000,000 views on YouTube, and Adam & Lucy's story has been run in newspapers, TV news channels and radio stations all over the world
They are still happily together and we are very fortunate to still sing with Adam every Tuesday.
